For any appointment we request that all mobile phones be switched off during the consultation.
- BOOK ON THE DAY APPOINTMENTS are available each morning
- If you need an URGENT OR ROUTINE appointment you can phone the surgery at 8.30am and book an appointment for that morning, depending on availability.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible as we may be able to offer the appointment to another patient.
On average 33% of our patients fail to attend on time resulting in delays. If you arrive late for your appointment it is at the Doctor's discretion whether you can be seen that day or you may have to re-schedule.
Please allow for delays such as parking or queue's at the reception desk when attending.
