Please note that Loughview are now operating a telephone triage system and it is no longer possible to book future appointments. Please phone the surgery, where a receptionist will check your contact details and take brief details of what your call is about. A doctor will then phone you and will either advise you over the phone or ask you to attend in person.
We are currently trialling video triage with some patients using smartphone technology.
Please note that if you have a sudden onset dry cough, high temperature or loss of sense of smell or taste - you SHOULD NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY.
If you are asked by the doctor to attend the surgery, please come unaccompanied, wear a face mask if you have one and ring the bell. If you are early for your appointment - please wait in your car.
