For routine appointments please phone at 8.30 am where our reception team will ask you the reason for your call. Our aim is to get you to the best health care professional for the most appropriate help for the reason for your call. We have Mental Health, Social Work and Physios as part of our team.
Please be aware that our telephone system operates 3 incoming phone lines which at peak times can get very busy. We also have a dedicated emergency line that is for ease of access if you experience a genuine medical emergency.
This is not to be confused with requesting an urgent appointment.
The reception office opens at 9.00am until 1.00pm and from 2.00pm until 5.30pm,
Telephone lines are operational from 8.30am until 1pm and from 2.00pm until 17:30.
We are normally closed from 1.00 - 2.00 for lunch. The practice operates with a skeleton staff from 8.30-9.00am; from 1.00-2.00 and from 5.00-5.30pm.
